ततस्तु सत्यं हनुमद्वचो महान्निशम्य हृष्टो भरतः कृताञ्जलिः ।
उवाच वाणीं मनसः प्रहर्षिणीं चिरस्य पूर्णः खलु मे मनोरथः ॥६-१२९-५४॥
tatastu satyaṃ hanumadvaco mahānniśamya hṛṣṭo bharataḥ kṛtāñjaliḥ |
uvāca vāṇīṃ manasaḥ praharṣiṇīṃ cirasya pūrṇaḥ khalu me manorathaḥ ॥6-129-54॥
Translation
Hearing that truthful word of Hanuman, the great Bharata, delighted and with folded hands, spoke words that gladdened the mind: "Indeed, after a long time, my desire is fulfilled."
हिंदी अनुवाद
हनुमान के उस सत्य वचन को सुनकर, महान (हृदय वाले) भरत ने हर्षित होकर हाथ जोड़कर मन को प्रसन्न करने वाली वाणी कही—'दीर्घकाल बाद मेरा मनोरथ पूर्ण हुआ है।'
English Commentary
Bharata's joy knows no bounds. He thanks Hanuman. The phrase 'my desire is fulfilled after a long time' marks the emotional climax of his waiting.

भरत की प्रतिक्रिया। हनुमान की बात सुनकर भरत कृतकृत्य हो गए। चौदह वर्ष की तपस्या सफल हुई। 'चिरस्य पूर्णः खलु मे मनोरथः'—यह वाक्य उनके जीवन की सार्थकता को दर्शाता है।
