शङ्खदुन्दुभिनादेन संचचालेव मेदिनी ।

Translation
...and with the sound of conches and drums, the earth seemed to tremble. (Then) the righteous (Bharata), along with chief Brahmins, heads of guilds, and merchants...

English Commentary
The auditory impact is so immense that the earth seems to shake. This hyperbole underscores the intensity of the collective celebration. Bharata, the 'righteous soul', does not go alone; he leads the entire social fabric (Brahmins, merchants, guilds) because Shri Rama belongs to everyone, not just the royal family.

वाद्य यंत्रों का शोर इतना तेज था कि धरती कांपने लगी। यह अतिशयोक्ति लोगों के सामूहिक हर्षोल्लास की तीव्रता को दर्शाती है। भरत 'धर्मात्मा' हैं, वे अकेले श्री राम से मिलने नहीं जा रहे, बल्कि पूरे समाज ('नैगमैः' - व्यापारी, 'द्विजाति' - ब्राह्मण) को साथ लेकर जा रहे हैं, क्योंकि श्री राम सबके हैं।
