Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
भक्त्या रामस्य ये चेमां संहितामृषिणा कृताम् ।
लेखयन्तीह च नरास्तेषां वासस्त्रिविष्टपे ॥६-१३१-१२४॥
bhaktyā rāmasya yē cēmāṃ saṃhitāmṛṣiṇā kṛतām |
lēkhayantīha ca narāstēṣāṃ vāsastriviṣṭapē ॥6-131-124॥
Translation
Those humans who, devoted to Shri Rama, cause this compilation by the sage to be written down, shall indeed have their residence in the highest heaven.
हिंदी अनुवाद
जो मनुष्य श्री राम की भक्ति में लीन होकर, ऋषि वाल्मीकि द्वारा रचित इस संहिता को लिखवाते हैं, उनका निवास निश्चित ही स्वर्गलोक (त्रिविष्टप) में होता है।
English Commentary
The final verse emphasizes the preservation of knowledge. In ancient times, creating manuscripts was a task of great merit. The sage asserts that those who secure this wisdom for future generations earn supreme spiritual credit. With this, the holy Yuddhakanda of the Valmiki Ramayana and the core story of Shri Rama reach their majestic conclusion.
हिंदी टीका
अंतिम श्लोक ज्ञान के संरक्षण (Preservation) पर बल देता है। प्राचीन काल में हस्तलिखित प्रतियों का बड़ा महत्व था। ऋषि कहते हैं कि जो इस ज्ञान को अगली पीढ़ियों के लिए सुरक्षित करता है, वह महान पुण्य का अधिकारी होता है। इसके साथ ही वाल्मीकि श्री रामायण का यह पावन युद्धकाण्ड और मुख्य श्री राम-कथा यहाँ विश्श्री राम लेती है।
