अमात्यैर्ब्राह्मणैश्चैव तथा प्रकृतिभिर्वृतः ।
श्रिया विरुरुचे रामो नक्षत्रैरिव चन्द्रमाः ॥६-१३१-३६॥
amātyairbrāhmaṇaiścaiva tathā prakṛtibhirvṛtaḥ |
śriyā viruruce rāmo nakṣatrairiva candramāḥ ॥6-131-36॥
Translation
Surrounded by ministers, Brahmins, and citizens, Shri Rama shone with splendor like the moon surrounded by stars.
हिंदी अनुवाद
मंत्रियों, ब्राह्मणों और प्रजाजनों (प्रकृतिभिः) से घिरे हुए श्री राम अपनी शोभा से वैसे ही चमक रहे थे, जैसे नक्षत्रों (तारों) के बीच चंद्रमा।
English Commentary
The classic simile: Moon and Stars. Shri Rama is the central luminary ('Candramah'), and the diverse groups around him—ministers, priests, citizens—are the stars ('Nakshatra'). It highlights his centrality and cooling, pleasant radiance.
हिंदी टीका
उपमा: श्री राम चंद्रमा हैं और प्रजा/मंत्री तारे हैं। जैसे चंद्रमा तारों के बीच सबसे चमकीला होता है, वैसे ही श्री राम अपने लोगों के बीच सुशोभित हो रहे हैं। 'प्रकृति' शब्द प्रजा के लिए प्रयुक्त हुआ है।
