स पुरोगामिभिस्तूर्यैस्तालस्वस्तिकपाणिभिः ।
प्रव्याहरद्भिर्मुदितैर्मङ्गलानि ययौ वृतः ॥६-१३१-३७॥
sa purogāmibhistūryaistālasvastikapāṇibhiḥ |
pravyāharadbhirmuditairmaṅgalāni yayau vṛtaḥ ॥6-131-37॥
Translation
He proceeded, surrounded by musicians walking in front with instruments, people holding cymbals and Swastikas (auspicious objects), and joyous people uttering auspicious words.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वह (श्री राम) आगे चलने वाले बाजा बजाने वालों, ताल और स्वस्तिक (मांगलिक चिन्ह/वाद्य) हाथों में लिए हुए तथा मंगल गीत गाते हुए प्रसन्न लोगों से घिरे हुए चले।
English Commentary
The procession is led by auspicious sounds and symbols. Musicians and people bearing 'Swastika' (signs of well-being) lead the way. The atmosphere is filled with 'mangala' (auspiciousness) and joy.
हिंदी टीका
जुलूस का दृश्य। संगीतकार और मांगलिक चिन्हों को धारण करने वाले लोग आगे चल रहे हैं। 'मुदितैः' (प्रसन्न) लोग मंगलकामनाएं कर रहे हैं। यह एक कार्निवल जैसा उत्सव है।
