किरीटेन ततः पश्चाद्वसिष्ठेन महात्मना ।
ऋत्विग्भिर्भूषणैश्चैव समयोक्ष्यत राघवः ॥६-१३१-६७॥
kirīṭena tataḥ paścādvasiṣṭhena mahātmanā |
ṛtvigbhirbhūṣaṇaiścaiva samayokṣyata rāghavaḥ ॥6-131-67॥
Translation
Thereafter, the high-souled Vashistha, along with other officiating priests, adorned Shri Rama with the royal crown and ornaments.

तदनन्तर, महात्मा वशिष्ठ और अन्य ऋत्विजों ने श्री रघुनाथ जी को मुकुट और राजसी आभूषणों से अलंकृत किया।
English Commentary
The role of Sage Vashistha is paramount in the coronation. As the family preceptor, his act of crowning Shri Rama signifies that the reign will be founded on the principles of spiritual wisdom and Dharma. The presence of priests ('Ritvijah') transforms the event into a sacred sacrifice, where the King accepts the responsibility of the nation as a holy offering.
