पौण्डरीकाश्वमेधाभ्यां वाजपेयेन चासकृत् ।
अन्यैश्च विविधैर्यज्ञैर्यजत् पार्थिवात्मजः ॥६-१३१-९४॥
pauṇḍarīkāśvamedhābhyāṃ vājapeyena cāsakṛt |
anyaiśca vividhairyajñairyajat pārthivātmajaḥ ॥6-131-94॥
Translation
That Prince (Shri Rama) performed numerous sacrifices such as Paundarika, Ashvamedha, and Vajapeya repeatedly.

उन राजकुमार (श्री राम) ने पौण्डरीक, अश्वमेध, वाजपेय और अन्य अनेक यज्ञों द्वारा बार-बार (देवताओं का) यजन किया।
English Commentary
Performing sacrifices was not just a religious act but a medium to maintain the nation's sattvic energy. As 'Parthivatmajah' (the son of a king), Shri Rama proved that a king's duty is not just to govern but also to express gratitude toward divine forces. These rituals were intended for the welfare and peace of the subjects.

यज्ञों का अनुष्ठान केवल धार्मिक कृत्य नहीं था, बल्कि यह राष्ट्र की सात्विक ऊर्जा को बनाए रखने का माध्यम था। 'पार्थिवात्मजः' (राजपुत्र) के रूप में श्री राम ने यह सिद्ध किया कि राजा का धर्म केवल शासन करना ही नहीं, बल्कि देव-शक्तियों के प्रति कृतज्ञता प्रकट करना भी है। ये यज्ञ प्रजा के कल्याण और शांति के लिए थे।
