अगस्त्यम् अभिगच्छ इति सीतया सह राघव ।
दिष्ट्या तु इदानीम् अर्थे अस्मिन् स्वयम् एव ब्रवीषि माम् ॥ ॥३-११-३६॥
agastyam abhigaccha iti sītayā saha rāghava |
diṣṭyā tu idānīm arthe asmin svayam eva bravīṣi mām ॥3-11-36॥
Translation
"O Raghava, go to Agastya along with Sita. By good fortune, you yourself are speaking to me about this matter right now."
हिंदी अनुवाद
"हे राघव! तुम सीता के साथ अगस्त्य जी के पास जाओ। सौभाग्य (दिष्ट्या) की बात है कि इस विषय में तुम स्वयं ही मुझसे कह रहे हो।"
English Commentary
Sutikshna uses the word 'diṣṭyā' (by good fortune/providence), acknowledging the serendipity of the moment. In the context of Karma Yoga, when one's internal will aligns with external necessity, it is considered auspicious. Sutikshna explicitly includes Sita in the instruction, endorsing the move for the entire group. This endorsement acts as a formal blessing for the journey, transforming Rama's personal desire into a sanctioned pilgrimage to the southern sage.
