Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
स गत्वा दूरमध्वानं त्वरितः कपिकुञ्जरः ।
आससाद द्रुमान् फुल्लान् नन्दिग्रामसमीपगान् ॥६-१२८-२६॥
sa gatvā dūramadhvānaṃ tvaritaḥ kapikuñjaraḥ |
āsasāda drumān phullān nandigrāmasamīpagān ॥6-128-26॥
Translation
Going quickly over a long distance, that elephant among monkeys (Hanuman) reached the flowering trees near Nandigrama.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वह कपिकुंजर (वानरश्रेष्ठ) शीघ्रता से लंबी दूरी तय करके नन्दिग्श्री राम के समीप स्थित फूले हुए वृक्षों के पास पहुँचे।
English Commentary
Hanuman arrives at the outskirts of Nandigrama, the ascetic retreat of Bharata just outside Ayodhya. The trees are in bloom ('phullan'), suggesting a welcoming atmosphere. The epithet 'Kapikunjara' (Elephant among monkeys) emphasizes his stature and strength as he completes the journey.

हनुमान जी नन्दिग्श्री राम पहुँचते हैं, जहाँ भरत तपस्वी बनकर रहते थे। नन्दिग्श्री राम अयोध्या से थोड़ी दूर है। वहाँ के वृक्ष 'फुल्लान्' (फूले हुए) हैं, जो वातावरण की पवित्रता और वसंत ऋतु (या आनंदमय वातावरण) का संकेत देते हैं। हनुमान जी अब अपने गंतव्य पर हैं।
