यावदावर्तते चक्रं यावती च वसुन्धरा ।
तावत्त्वमिह सर्वस्य स्वामित्वमनुवर्तय ॥६-१३१-११॥
yāvadāvartate cakraṃ yāvatī ca vasundharā |
tāvattvamiha sarvasya svāmitvamanuvartaya ॥6-131-11॥
Translation
As long as the wheel (of time/stars) turns and as long as the earth exists, may you continue your lordship over everyone here.
हिंदी अनुवाद
जब तक नक्षत्र चक्र घूमता है और जब तक पृथ्वी विद्यमान है, तब तक आप यहाँ सब पर अपने स्वामित्व (शासन) का पालन करें।
English Commentary
Bharata concludes his plea with a wish for eternal reign. Using cosmic markers like the turning of the wheel ('cakram' - refering to time or celestial spheres) and the earth's existence, he asks Shri Rama to rule forever. This is the foundation of the concept of 'Ramarajya'—a timeless ideal of governance that outlasts the king himself.

भरत श्री राम के लिए चिरंतन शासन की कामना करते हैं। 'यावदावर्तते चक्रं'—जब तक ब्रह्मांड का चक्र चल रहा है। यह आशीर्वाद और प्रार्थना दोनों है। श्री राम का शासन (रामराज्य) इतना आदर्श हो कि वह कालजयी बन जाए। भरत श्री राम को 'सर्वस्य' (सबका) स्वामी घोषित करते हैं।
