ततः शत्रुघ्नवचनात् सुमन्त्रो नाम सारथिः ।
योजयित्वाभिचक्राम रथं सर्वाङ्गशोभनम् ॥६-१३१-१९॥
tataḥ śatrughnavacanāt sumantro nāma sārathiḥ |
yojayitvābhicakrāma rathaṃ sarvāṅgaśobhanam ॥6-131-19॥
Translation
Then, at the instance of Shatrughna, the charioteer named Sumantra yoked and brought forward a chariot beautiful in all its parts.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब शत्रुघ्न के कहने पर सुमन्त्र नामक सारथी सब अंगों से सुंदर (सजे हुए) रथ को जोतकर (तैयार करके) ले आया।
English Commentary
Sumantra, the loyal charioteer who drove Shri Rama into exile with a heavy heart, now joyfully brings the chariot for the coronation procession. Shatrughna continues to direct the proceedings. The chariot is described as flawless and beautiful, ready for the King.
हिंदी टीका
सुमन्त्र दशरथ के पुराने और विश्वासपात्र मंत्री/सारथी हैं। वही श्री राम को वन छोड़ने गए थे, और अब वही श्री राम को राजमहल ले जाने के लिए रथ ला रहे हैं। यह चक्र पूरा होने का प्रतीक है। रथ 'सर्वाङ्गशोभनम्' है—पूरी तरह सजा हुआ।
