अयोध्यायां तु सचिवा राज्ञो दशरथस्य ये ।
पुरोहितं पुरस्कृत्य मन्त्रयामासुरर्थवत् ॥६-१३१-२३॥
ayodhyāyāṃ tu sacivā rājño daśarathasya ye |
purohitaṃ puraskṛtya mantrayāmāsurarthavat ॥6-131-23॥
Translation
In Ayodhya, the ministers of King Dasharatha, placing the priest (Vasistha) at the forefront, consulted meaningfully/purposefully.

अयोध्या में राजा दशरथ के जो मंत्री थे, उन्होंने पुरोहित (वसिष्ठ) को आगे करके सार्थक मंत्रणा की।
English Commentary
The focus shifts to the administration. Dasharatha's cabinet is still intact, providing continuity. They consult under the guidance of Vasistha. This shows that while Shri Rama is the charismatic leader, the institutional framework of Ayodhya (Ministers + Guru) handles the procedural aspects of the coronation.
