हरियुक्तं सहस्राक्षो रथमिन्द्र इवानघः ।
प्रययौ रथमास्थाय रामो नगरमुत्तमम् ॥६-१३१-२७॥
hariyuktaṃ sahasrākṣo rathamindra ivānaghaḥ |
prayayau rathamāsthāya rāmo nagaramuttamam ॥6-131-27॥
Translation
The sinless Shri Rama, mounting the chariot yoked with horses, proceeded towards the excellent city just as the thousand-eyed Indra proceeds on his chariot.
हिंदी अनुवाद
निष्पाप श्री राम, घोड़ों (हरि) से जुते हुए रथ पर सवार होकर श्रेष्ठ नगर की ओर वैसे ही चले, जैसे हजार नेत्रों वाले इन्द्र अपने रथ पर चलते हैं।
English Commentary
Shri Rama begins his entry into Ayodhya. He is 'anaghah' (sinless/flawless). The imagery is celestial, comparing his procession to that of Indra. This comparison validates his status as the King of Kings, returning to his capital.
हिंदी टीका
श्री राम की शोभायात्रा शुरू होती है। 'अनघः' (पापरहित) श्री राम की तुलना पुनः इन्द्र से की गई है। उनका रथ घोड़ों ('हरि') द्वारा खींचा जा रहा है। यह विजय जुलूस है जो नन्दिग्श्री राम से अयोध्या की ओर बढ़ रहा है।
