तत्र एकाम् रजनीम् व्युष्य प्रभाते राम गम्यताम् ।
दक्षिणाम् दिशम् आस्थाय वन षण्डस्य पार्श्वतः ॥ ॥३-११-४०॥

Translation
"O Rama, having spent one night there, proceed the next morning towards the southern direction, keeping along the side of the forest cluster."

English Commentary
Sutikshna acts as a precise guide. He advises a stopover of exactly one night ('ekām rajanīm'), indicating that while hospitality should be accepted, the mission requires urgency.
