पिप्पलीनाम् च पक्वानाम् वनाद् अस्माद् उपागतः ।
गन्धो अयम् पवन उत्क्षिप्तः सहसा कटुकोदयः ॥ ॥३-११-४९॥
pippalīnām ca pakvānām vanād asmād upāgataḥ । gandho ayam pavana utkṣiptaḥ sahasā kaṭukodayaḥ ॥ ॥3-11-49॥
Translation
The wind has suddenly wafted up this pungent fragrance coming from the ripe Pippali (long pepper) in this forest.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वायु द्वारा उड़ाकर लाई गई पकी हुई पीपलों (पिप्पली) की यह तीखी गंध इस वन से अचानक नासिका में आ रही है।
