अत्र सिद्धा महात्मानो विमानैः सूर्य सन्निभैः ।
त्याक्त्वा देहान् नवैर् देहैः स्वर् याताः परम ऋषयः ॥ ॥३-११-९२॥
Atra siddhā mahātmāno vimānaiḥ sūrya sannibhaiḥ । Tyaktvā dehān navair dehaiḥ svar yātāḥ parama ṛṣayaḥ ॥ ॥3-11-92॥
Translation
Here, great-souled Siddhas and supreme sages, having cast off their bodies, have gone to heaven in new (divine) bodies via aerial chariots resplendent like the sun.

यहाँ महामनस्वी सिद्ध और परम ऋषि अपने (पुराने) देहों को त्यागकर, सूर्य के समान तेजस्वी विमानों द्वारा नवीन (दिव्य) देह धारण कर स्वर्ग गए हैं।
English Commentary
The description culminates with the ultimate goal of ascetic life: liberation and ascension. The ashram is described as a launchpad to the heavens. The imagery of Vimanas (celestial chariots) shining like the sun highlights the glory of the transition from mortal to immortal. The shedding of old bodies and assuming new, divine forms (Navair dehaih) signifies transfiguration. By mentioning this, Rama emphasizes that this ground is sanctified by the successful completion of spiritual journeys of countless Mahatmas, making it an intensely powerful vortex of spiritual energy for their own stay.

यह श्लोक आश्रम की 'मोक्ष-द्वार' के रूप में महिमा गाता है। यहाँ केवल तपस्या ही नहीं होती, बल्कि तपस्या की सिद्धि (फल) भी यहीं प्राप्त होती है। 'त्यक्त्वा देहान्' का अर्थ है मृत्यु या देह त्याग, लेकिन यह दुखद नहीं है। वे 'नवैर् देहैः' (नए दिव्य शरीरों) के साथ 'विमानैः' (विमानों से) स्वर्ग जाते हैं। यह दर्शाता है कि अगस्त्य का आश्रम मृत्युलोक और देवलोक के बीच का सेतु (bridge) है। यहाँ देह त्याग करना मोक्ष या उच्च लोकों की प्राप्ति की गारंटी है। राम लक्ष्मण को बता रहे हैं कि यह भूमि कितनी पवित्र है, जहाँ से अनेकों आत्माओं का उद्धार हुआ है।
