Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
एवम् उक्त्वा महा तेजाः समस्तम् तत् वर आयुधम् ।
दत्त्वा रामाय भगवान् अगस्त्यः पुनर् अब्रवीत् ॥ ॥३-१२-३७॥
Evam uktvā mahā tejāḥ samastam tat vara āyudham |
Dattvā rāmāya bhagavān agastyaḥ punar abravīt ॥3-12-37॥
Translation
Having spoken thus, the glorious Lord Agastya gave all those excellent weapons to Rama and spoke again.

ऐसा कहकर महातेजस्वी भगवान अगस्त्य ने वे समस्त श्रेष्ठ आयुध (हथियार) राम को सौंप दिए और फिर (पुनः) बोले।
English Commentary
This narrative bridge confirms the physical transfer of the divine arsenal. Agastya, described as 'Maha tejah' (of great splendor) and 'Bhagavan', hands over the weapons. The transaction is complete. The use of 'Punar abravit' (spoke again) indicates that the interaction isn't over; equipping the hero was step one, but guiding him on where to go or what to do next is the subsequent step.
