ततः पावकसंकाशैर्हेमवज्रविभूषितैः ।
जघान शेषं तेजस्वी तस्य सैन्यस्य सायकैः ॥ ॥३-२६-२९॥
Tataḥ pāvakasaṃkāśairhemavajravibhūṣitैḥ |
Jaghāna śeṣaṃ tejasvī tasya sainyasya sāyakaiḥ ॥3-26-29॥
Translation
Then, the radiant (Rama) destroyed the remainder of that army with arrows that looked like fire and were decorated with gold and diamonds.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब तेजस्वी (श्रीराम) ने अग्नि के समान (दीप्तिमान) और सोने तथा हीरों (वज्र) से विभूषित बाणों से उस सेना के शेष भाग को मार गिराया।
English Commentary
Rama meets the assault with Tejas (radiance/energy). His arrows are described as Pavakasankashaih (resembling fire), indicating their destructive power. They are also Hemavajravibhushitaih (adorned with gold and diamonds/hard stones), emphasizing the high quality of his munitions. He proceeds to liquidate the Shesham (remainder) of the force, systematically clearing the field before the final duel with Khara.

श्रीराम की प्रतिक्रिया पुनः त्वरित और भयानक है। उनके बाण 'पावकसंकाशैः' (अग्नि के समान) हैं, जो विनाश की तीव्रता को बताते हैं। 'हेमवज्रविभूषितैः' (सोने और हीरों से जड़े) बाण यह दर्शाते हैं कि श्रीराम के पास अयोध्या के राजकोष के उत्तम अस्त्र थे। यह सौंदर्य और मृत्यु का अद्भुत मिश्रण है—बाण देखने में सुंदर, पर स्पर्श में प्राणघातक। उन्होंने बची हुई सेना ('शेषं') का सफाया करना शुरू किया।
