Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
पाण्डुराणि विशालानि दिव्य माल्य युतानि च ।
तूर्य गीत अभिजुष्टानि विमानानि समंततः ॥ ॥३-३५-१९॥
Pāṇḍurāṇi viśālāni divya mālya yutāni ca । Tūrya gīta abhijhuṣṭāni vimānāni samantataḥ ॥ ॥3-35-19॥
Translation
Everywhere there were white, colossal aerial cars (Vimanas) adorned with divine garlands, resounding with the sounds of musical instruments and songs.

वहाँ सब ओर सफेद (पाण्डुर), विशाल और दिव्य मालाओं से सजे हुए विमान विद्यमान थे, जिनमें से वाद्य यंत्रों (तूर्य) और गीतों की ध्वनियाँ आ रही थीं।
English Commentary
The imagery shifts to the sky and the presence of celestial technology. Vimanas (aerial cars/palaces) are described as hovering all around (samantataḥ). Their white color (pāṇḍurāṇi) symbolizes purity and clouds. These are not silent vehicles; they are filled with music (tūrya - trumpets/instruments) and song, indicating that the celestial beings inside are in a state of celebration. This confirms that the location is a popular destination for high-souled beings, essentially a celestial resort or pilgrimage site manifest on earth.
