Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
सुतीक्ष्णम् अभिगच्छ त्वम् शुचौ देशे तपस्विनम् ।
रमणीये वनोद्देशे स ते वासम् विधास्यति ॥ ॥३-५-३६॥
sutīkṣṇam abhigaccha tvam śucau deśe tapasvinam । ramaṇīye vanoddeśe sa te vāsam vidhāsyati ॥ ॥3-5-36॥
Translation
Approach the ascetic Sutikshna in his holy region. He will arrange a dwelling for you in a delightful part of the forest.

तुम उस पवित्र स्थान में रहने वाले तपस्वी सुतीक्ष्ण के पास जाओ। वह रमणीय वन-प्रदेश में तुम्हारे लिए आवास की व्यवस्था करेंगे।
English Commentary
Sarabhanga provides specifics on the destination. The location is described as shuchau deshe (pure/holy region) and ramaniye (delightful/pleasing). This contrast counters the usual description of the forest as terrifying; pockets of the wilderness inhabited by sages are oases of peace and beauty. Rama is instructed to approach (abhigaccha) the sage personally. The commentary tradition notes that Sarabhanga sends Rama to Sutikshna because Sutikshna is a devotee of a different mood (Bhakti) or holds specific local knowledge required for the next phase of Rama’s journey.
