अस्मिन् मुहूर्ते सौमित्रे मम द्रक्ष्यन्ति विक्रमम् ।
न आकाशम् उत्पतिष्यन्ति सर्व भूतानि लक्ष्मण ॥ ॥३-६४-६३॥
asmin muhūrte saumitre mama drakṣyanti vikramam । na ākāśam utpatiṣyanti sarva bhūtāni lakṣmaṇa ॥ ॥3-64-63॥
Translation
In this very moment, O Saumitri (Lakshmana), they shall witness my prowess. No living being will be able to fly into the sky, O Lakshmana.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे सुमित्रानन्दन लक्ष्मण! इसी मुहूर्त में सब मेरे विक्रम को देखेंगे। (मेरे भय और बाणों के कारण) कोई भी प्राणी आकाश में उड़ नहीं सकेगा।
English Commentary
The use of 'Asmin muhurte' (in this very moment) highlights Shri Rama's impatience and readiness to act. He is no longer willing to wait. Stripping beings of the ability to fly signifies the revocation of their sidhis (powers) and freedoms. Since the abductor escaped via the sky, Rama intends to completely seal the aerial route so that no criminal can escape and no deity can remain a passive spectator. It is effectively a declaration of a cosmic 'No-fly zone,' enforced by his unparalleled archery.

'अस्मिन् मुहूर्ते' (इसी क्षण) का प्रयोग श्रीराम की अधीरता और तत्परता को दर्शाता है। वे अब और प्रतीक्षा करने के मूड में नहीं हैं। आकाश में उड़ने की क्षमता छीन लेना—यह सिद्धियों और स्वतंत्रताओं का हनन है। चूंकि अपहरणकर्ता आकाश मार्ग से गया था, इसलिए श्रीराम आकाश मार्ग को ही पूरी तरह अवरुद्ध कर देना चाहते हैं ताकि कोई भी अपराधी भाग न सके और कोई देवता तमाशबीन न बना रहे। यह 'नो-फ्लाई ज़ोन' (No-fly zone) की प्राचीनतम और सबसे भयानक घोषणा है।
