पुरा इव मे चारु दतीम् अनिन्दिताम्दिशन्ति सीताम् यदि न अद्य मैथिलीम् ।
सदेव गन्धर्व मनुष्य पन्नगम्जगत् स शैलम् परिवर्तयामि अहम् ॥ ॥३-६४-७७॥
purā iva me cāru datīm aninditāmdiśanti sītām yadi na adya maithilīm । sadeva gandharva manuṣya pannagamjagat sa śailam parivartayāmi aham ॥ ॥3-64-77॥
Translation
If they do not return my beautiful-toothed, blameless Sita (Maithili) to me today exactly as she was before, I shall overturn this world along with its mountains, gods, Gandharvas, humans, and serpents.
हिंदी अनुवाद
यदि वे (देवता) सुंदर दांतों वाली और अनिंदित (निष्कलंक) मेरी सीता को आज वैसे ही (जीवित और सुरक्षित) वापस नहीं करेंगे, तो मैं देवताओं, गंधर्वों, मनुष्यों और नागों सहित इस सचराचर जगत को पर्वतों समेत उलट-पलट (विध्वंस) कर दूंगा।
English Commentary
This is the concluding verse of Sarga 64. 'Parivartayami' means to overturn or reverse completely. Rama threatens to invert the cosmic order. He uses the descriptor 'Aninditam' (blameless) for Sita, emphasizing her purity and the gross injustice of her abduction. This verse reaffirms that the price of denied justice for the innocent Sita is the total upheaval of the universe, from the celestial gods down to the subterranean serpents.

यह 64वें सर्ग का अंतिम श्लोक है। 'परिवर्तयामि' का अर्थ है पूरी तरह पलट देना या उलट देना। श्रीराम सृष्टि के क्रम को बदलने की बात कर रहे हैं। वे सीता के लिए 'अनिन्दिताम्' विशेषण का प्रयोग करते हैं, जिसका अर्थ है कि सीता पवित्र हैं और उनका हरण होना घोर अन्याय है। यह श्लोक पुनः पुष्टि करता है कि यदि न्याय नहीं मिला, तो श्रीराम अराजकता (Chaos) ला देंगे।
