तस्याम् गतायाम् गहनम् व्रजन्तौ वनम् ओजसा ।
आसेदतुः अरि मित्र घ्नौ भ्रातरौ राम लक्ष्मणौ ॥ ॥३-६९-१९॥
Tasyām gatāyām gahanam vrajantau vanam ojasā । Āsedatuḥ ari mitra ghnau bhrātarau Rāma Lakṣmaṇau ॥ ॥3-69-19॥
Translation
After she had gone, the two brothers, Rama and Lakshmana, the destroyers of enemies and hostile forces, proceeded into the dense forest with great vigor.

उसके चले जाने के बाद, शत्रुओं (अरि) और अमित्रों का नाश करने वाले वे दोनों भाई, राम और लक्ष्मण, बड़े उत्साह (ओज) के साथ उस घने वन में आगे बढ़े।
English Commentary
The journey resumes with undiminished energy (Ojasā). The brothers are described as Ari mitra ghnau (destroyers of enemies/foes). The incident with Ayomukhi serves as a minor impediment that tested their resolve but did not halt their progress. Their ability to immediately move forward into the Gahanam vanam (deep forest) demonstrates their warrior discipline—dealing with threats as they arise without losing sight of the ultimate goal: finding Sita.

बाधा दूर होते ही भाइयों की यात्रा पुनः आरंभ होती है। 'ओजसा' (ओज/तेज/उत्साह के साथ)—यह शब्द महत्वपूर्ण है। इतनी भयानक घटना के बाद भी उनका मनोबल नहीं टूटा है। उन्हें 'अरि मित्र घ्नौ' कहा गया है। (नोट: यहाँ पाठभेद हो सकता है, प्रायः 'अमित्र-घ्नौ' होता है जिसका अर्थ शत्रु-नाशक है। यदि 'अरि मित्र घ्नौ' है तो इसका अर्थ 'शत्रुओं और अमित्रों का नाश करने वाले' है)। वे निर्भय होकर वन की गहराई में प्रवेश करते हैं। अयोमुखी का प्रसंग उनकी वीरता की परीक्षा मात्र था।
