Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
ताम् उवाच ततो रामः शबरी संश्रित व्रताम् ।
अर्चितो अहम् त्वया भद्रे गच्छ कामम् यथा सुखम् ॥ ॥३-७४-३१॥
Tām uvāca tato Rāmaḥ Śabarī saṃśrita vratām |
Arcito aham tvayā bhadre gaccha kāmam yathā sukham ॥3-74-31॥
Translation
Then Rama spoke to Shabari, who was devoted to her vows: "I have been worshipped by you, O blessed one. Go happily as you wish."
हिंदी अनुवाद
तब श्री राम ने कठोर व्रतों का पालन करने वाली शबरी से कहा— "हे भद्रे! तुमने मेरा (पूर्ण विधि से) सत्कार किया है। अब तुम सुखपूर्वक अपनी इच्छानुसार (अभीष्ट लोक को) जाओ।"
English Commentary
This represents the divine sanction (Anujna). Rama addresses her as one of firm vows (Samshrita vratam). The phrase "Archito aham tvaya" (I have been worshipped by you) is the ultimate validation. The Lord acknowledges receipt of her devotion. By saying "Go happily as you wish," Rama releases her from the obligation of waiting. He grants her the freedom to leave the physical plane. It is a moment of grace where the deity facilitates the devotee's final journey. The tone is gentle, respectful, and full of gratitude from the Lord himself.
हिंदी टीका
श्री राम यहाँ शबरी को विदा कर रहे हैं। 'अर्चितो अहम्' (मैं पूजित हुआ) कहकर राम ने शबरी की जीवन भर की साधना को स्वीकार कर लिया। भक्त के लिए इससे बड़ा प्रमाण पत्र और क्या हो सकता है कि स्वयं भगवान कहें कि 'हाँ, मैं तुम्हारी सेवा से प्रसन्न हूँ'। 'गच्च कामम् यथा सुखम्' कहकर राम ने उन्हें मुक्ति की अनुमति (आज्ञा) प्रदान की। 'भद्रे' (कल्याणमयी) शब्द का प्रयोग करके राम ने शबरी को सम्मान दिया। यह विदाई दुखद नहीं, बल्कि एक सुखद गंतव्य की ओर प्रस्थान है।
