किं निमित्तमिमं देशं कृष्णाजिनजटाधर: ।
हित्वा राज्यं प्रविष्टस्त्वं तत्सर्वं वक्तुमर्हसि ॥ ॥२-१०४-३॥
Kiṃ nimittamimaṃ deśaṃ kṛṣṇājinajaṭādhara: । Hitvā rājyaṃ praviṣṭastvaṃ tatsarvaṃ vaktumarhasi ॥ ॥2-104-3॥
Translation
"For what cause have you entered this region, having abandoned the kingdom and wearing black deer skin and matted hair? You ought to explain all of this."

"राज्य को छोड़कर, काला मृगचर्म और जटा धारण किए हुए तुम किस कारण से इस प्रदेश में प्रविष्ट हुए हो? तुम यह सब बताने के योग्य हो।"
English Commentary

He emphasizes 'hitvā rājyaṃ' (having abandoned the kingdom), highlighting the dereliction of royal duty which is uncharacteristic of Bharata.
