मन्त्रिणां वचनं श्रुत्वा यथाभिलषितं प्रियम् ।
अब्रवीत्सारथिं वाक्यं रथो मे युज्यतामिति ॥२-११५-७॥
mantriṇāṃ vacanaṃ śrutvā yathābhilaṣitaṃ priyam |
abravītsārathiṃ vākyaṃ ratho me yujyatāmiti ॥2-115-7॥
Translation
Hearing the agreeable words of the ministers that were in accord with his desire, he said to the charioteer: "Let my chariot be yoked."

मंत्रियों के इन मनचाहे और प्रिय वचनों को सुनकर भरत ने सारथी से यह वाक्य कहा—'मेरा रथ तैयार किया जाए।'
English Commentary
Bharata feels relief because the ministers' advice aligns with his own desire ("yathabhilashitam"). Had the ministers insisted he stay in the palace for administrative efficiency, he would have faced a dharma-sankata (moral dilemma). With their approval, his path is clear. His immediate command to yoke the chariot displays his urgency to exit the environment of luxury that he feels he does not deserve while Rama sleeps on the ground. It marks the shift from deliberation to execution.

मंत्रियों द्वारा अनुमोदन मिलने पर भरत को संतोष होता है ('यथाभिलषितं' - जैसा उन्होंने चाहा था)। उन्हें डर था कि कहीं राजकाज के नियमों का हवाला देकर उन्हें रोका न जाए। जैसे ही गुरुजनों और मंत्रियों ने सहमति दी, भरत ने एक क्षण का भी विलम्ब नहीं किया। 'रथो मे युज्यतामिति' (मेरा रथ जोता जाए) - यह आदेश उनकी नन्दिग्राम जाने की अधीरता को दिखाता है। वह अयोध्या के विलासिता पूर्ण वातावरण में एक पल भी रुकना नहीं चाहते थे। यह उनकी संकल्प शक्ति और वैराग्य की तीव्रता का परिचायक है।
