Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
ततस्तां शर्वरीं प्रीत: पुण्यां शशिनिभानन: ।
अर्चितस्तापसै: सिद्धैरुवास रघुनन्दन: ॥२-११९-१५॥
Tatastāṃ śarvarīṃ prītaḥ puṇyāṃ śaśinibhānanaḥ । Arcitastāpasaiḥ siddhairuvāsa raghunandanaḥ ॥ ॥2-119-15॥
Translation
Then, the moon-faced Raghunandana (Rama), pleased and worshipped by the accomplished ascetics (Siddhas), stayed there for that holy night.

तदनंतर, चंद्रमा के समान मुख वाले रघुनंदन (राम) ने सिद्ध तपस्वियों द्वारा सत्कार प्राप्त कर, वह पुण्यमयी रात्रि प्रसन्नतापूर्वक वहीं व्यतीत की।
English Commentary
Rama is described as "śaśinibhānanaḥ" (moon-faced), symbolizing his serene and pleasing countenance, which reflects the tranquility of the hermitage. The night is termed "puṇyāṃ" (holy/auspicious) because it was spent in the company of enlightened beings (Siddhas) and free from the usual anxieties of the forest. The fact that the ascetics "worshipped" or honored Rama indicates their recognition of his divinity or his righteous mission. This verse marks a peaceful pause—a night of spiritual recharge—before the trio embarks on the more perilous journey into the deep Dandaka forest.
