यदासीन्मङ्गLअम् प्रादात् तत्ते भवतु मङ्गLअम् ।
ऋतवः सागरा द्वीपा वेदा लोका दिश्श्चते ॥ ॥२-२५-३६॥
Yadāsīnmaṅgalam prādāt tatte bhavatu maṅgalam । Ṛtavaḥ sāgarā dvīpā vedā lokā diśścate ॥ ॥2-25-36॥
Translation
"May the auspiciousness that existed then be yours. May the Seasons, Oceans, Islands, Vedas, Worlds, and Directions bless you."

"(उस समय) जो मंगल उन्हें (विष्णु को) मिला था, वह तुम्हें मिले। ऋतुएं, सागर, द्वीप, वेद, लोक और दिशाएं तुम्हारा मंगल करें।"
English Commentary
Transitioning from specific myths, Kausalya invokes the cosmos itself. She calls upon the Ritavah (Seasons), Sagara (Oceans), Dvipa (Islands/Continents), Vedas (Sacred Knowledge), Loka (Worlds), and Dishah (Directions). This implies a desire for total environmental harmony. Since Rama will be navigating unknown terrains, the favor of the Directions and Islands is crucial. The inclusion of the Vedas suggests that spiritual wisdom should protect him just as much as physical forces. It is a prayer for the entire universe to align in Rama's favor.

पौराणिक कथाओं से हटकर कौशल्या पुनः ब्रह्मांडीय तत्वों पर आती हैं। वह आशीर्वाद को केवल देवताओं तक सीमित नहीं रखतीं, बल्कि भूगोल (सागर, द्वीप, दिशाएं) और ज्ञान (वेद) तक फैला देती हैं। वन में दिशाओं का ज्ञान और ऋतुओं का अनुकूल होना जीवन-रक्षक है। 'वेदाः' का आशीर्वाद अद्भुत है—अर्थात ज्ञान और धर्म राम के साथ रहें। यह 'वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम' की भावना है जहाँ पूरी प्रकृति और शास्त्र राम की सुरक्षा के लिए एकजुट हों।
