Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
भृग्वङ्गिरसमम् दीप्त्या त्रिजटम् जनसम्सदि ।
आ पन्चमायाः कक्ष्याया न एनम् कश्चित् अवारयत् ॥२-३२-३३॥
bhṛgvaṅgirasamam dīptyā trijaṭam janasamsadi |
ā pañcamāyāḥ kakṣyāyā na enam kaścit avārayat ॥2-32-33॥
Translation
Possessing a spiritual radiance like that of Bhrigu and Angiras, no one stopped Trijata in that gathering of people up to the fifth courtyard/gate.
हिंदी अनुवाद
भृगु और अंगिरा ऋषि के समान (ब्रह्म) तेज से संपन्न उस त्रिजट को जन-समूह के बीच पांचवीं कक्षा (द्वार/देहरी) तक किसी ने नहीं रोका।
English Commentary
This verse contrasts Trijata's external rags with his internal radiance ("Deeptya"). He glows with spiritual power comparable to the ancient sages Bhrigu and Angiras. This "Tejas" commands respect despite his poverty. Remarkably, he passes through five security perimeters ("kakshya") without being stopped by guards. This indicates either the laxity of protocol amidst the chaos of exile, the open-door policy of Rama's distribution, or the sheer spiritual presence of Trijata that compelled the guards to step aside. It validates that true nobility is of the soul, not the attire.

यह श्लोक त्रिजट के आंतरिक व्यक्तित्व को उजागर करता है। भले ही उनके वस्त्र फटे हों, परंतु उनका मुख "भृगु-अंगिरस-समम्" (महर्षि भृगु और अंगिरा के समान) तेज से चमक रहा था। यह तपस्या और सदाचार का तेज है जो गरीबी से नहीं छिपता। आश्चर्यजनक रूप से, राजमहल के रक्षकों ने ऐसे फटेहाल व्यक्ति को नहीं रोका। "आ पंचमायाः कक्ष्यायाः" (पांचवें द्वार तक) निर्बाध प्रवेश मिलना यह सिद्ध करता है कि राम का द्वार वास्तव में सभी के लिए खुला था, या फिर त्रिजट के तेज ने द्वारपालों को इतना प्रभावित किया कि वे उन्हें रोकने का साहस नहीं कर सके।
