अम्ब पित्रा नियुक्तोऽस्मि प्रजापालनकर्मणि ।
भविता श्वोऽभिषेको मे यथा मि शासनं पितुः ॥२-४-३५॥
Amba pitrā niyukto'smi prajāpālanakarmaṇi |
bhavitā śvo'bhiṣeko me yathā mi śāsanaṃ pituḥ ॥2-4-35॥
Translation
"O Mother, I have been appointed by my Father to the duty of protecting the subjects (governance). As per the command of my Father, my coronation will take place tomorrow."

English Commentary
