Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
सा त्वाम् देवि नमस्यामि प्रशम्सामि च शोभने ।
प्राप्त राज्ये नर व्याघ्र शिवेन पुनर् आगते ॥२-५२-८७॥
sā tvām devi namasyāmi praśamsāmi ca śobhane । prāpta rājye nara vyāghra śivena punar āgate ॥ ॥2-52-87॥
Translation
"O beautiful one! I bow to you and praise you. When that tiger among men (Rama) returns safely and regains the kingdom, I shall honor you further."

"हे सुंदरी (शोभने)! जब वे नरव्याघ्र (राम) पुनः राज्य प्राप्त कर लेंगे और कल्याणपूर्वक लौट आएँगे, तब मैं तुम्हें नमस्कार करूँगी और तुम्हारी प्रशंसा करूँगी।"
English Commentary
Note Sita's foresight—'prāpta rājye' (upon regaining the kingdom). Though the exile has just begun, her mind is fixed on Rama's eventual coronation. She believes this exile is an interval, not the end. Returning 'śivena' (with safety/auspiciousness) is the condition. Sita's statement exemplifies the 'power of intent' (Sankalpa). She is projecting into the universe the certainty that Rama will return to rule, affirming positive outcomes amidst present darkness.

यहाँ सीता की दूरदर्शिता देखें—'प्राप्त राज्ये' (राज्य प्राप्त होने पर)। यद्यपि अभी वनवास शुरू ही हुआ है, सीता का मन राम के राज्याभिषेक पर टिका है। उन्हें विश्वास है कि यह वनवास केवल एक अंतराल है, अंत नहीं। 'शिवेन' (कल्याण/सुरक्षा के साथ) लौटना मुख्य शर्त है। सीता का यह कथन 'संकल्प-शक्ति' (power of intent) का उदाहरण है। वे ब्रह्मांड में यह संदेश भेज रही हैं कि राम का राजा बनना निश्चित है।
