Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
सर्वम् अन्तः पुरम् वाच्यम् सूत मद्वचनात्त्वया ।
आरोग्यम् अविशेषेण यथा अर्हम् च अभिवादनम् ॥ ॥२-५८-१६॥
Sarvam antaḥ puram vācyam sūta madvacanāttvayā । Ārogyam aviśeṣeṇa yathā arham ca abhivādanam ॥ ॥2-58-16॥
Translation
"O Charioteer, convey my inquiries regarding health to the entire inner palace without distinction, and offer salutations as appropriate."

"हे सूत! मेरी ओर से सम्पूर्ण अन्तःपुर (सभी माताओं) को बिना किसी भेदभाव के कुशल-मंगल (आरोग्य) पूछना और यथायोग्य प्रणाम कहना।"
English Commentary
This verse highlights Rama's magnanimity. The key phrase is aviśeṣeṇa (without distinction/discrimination). Despite being wronged by one queen, he sends his regards to the entire Antahpura (inner palace). He rises above personal grievance to maintain familial harmony. The instruction yathā arham (as befitting rank/age) shows that he adheres to protocol even in chaos. He inquires about their ārogyam (health/well-being), projecting his role as a protector even when he is the one being banished.

राम का उदात्त चरित्र यहाँ 'अविशेषेण' (बिना किसी भेद के) शब्द में झलकता है। उन्होंने केवल अपनी माँ कौसल्या या सुमित्रा को नहीं, बल्कि कैकेयी सहित सभी माताओं को प्रणाम भेजा है। 'सर्वम् अन्तः पुरम्' का अर्थ है कि राम ने किसी को भी अपने स्नेह से बहिष्कृत नहीं किया। 'यथा अर्हम्' (जिसकी जो योग्यता/मर्यादा हो) का प्रयोग शिष्टाचार दर्शाता है। राम वन जा रहे हैं, फिर भी उनकी चिंता महल में रहने वालों के 'आरोग्य' (स्वास्थ्य) को लेकर है।
