Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
सम्स्तभ्य धैर्येण स्थिरचित्तो भवाम्यहम् ।
ब्रह्महत्याकृतम् पापम् हृदयादपनीयताम् ॥ ॥२-६३-५२॥
samstabhya dhairyeṇa sthiracitto bhavāmyaham । brahmahatyākṛtam pāpam hṛdayādapanīyatām ॥ ॥2-63-52॥
Translation
(The boy said) "Stabilizing myself with patience, I am composing my mind. Please remove the fear of the sin of 'Brahma-hatya' (killing a Brahmin) from your heart."

(बालक ने कहा) मैं धैर्य धारण करके अपने चित्त को स्थिर कर रहा हूँ। आप अपने हृदय से 'ब्रह्महत्या' के पाप का भय निकाल दीजिये।
English Commentary
This is a pivotal moment of spiritual grace. The boy senses Dasharatha's terrified assumption that he has committed Brahma-hatya (the killing of a Brahmin), a supreme sin in Vedic culture involving terrible karmic consequences.
