यया तु राजा रामश्च लक्ष्मणश्च महाबलः ।
सीतया सह सम्त्य्क्ताः सा कमन्यम् न हास्यति ॥ ॥२-६६-२२॥
Yayā tu rājā rāmaśca lakṣmaṇaśca mahābalaḥ । Sītayā saha samtyktāḥ sā kamanyam na hāsyati ॥ ॥2-66-22॥
Translation
"She who abandoned the King, Rama, the mighty Lakshmana, and Sita—whom else will she not abandon (or destroy)?"

जिसने राजा को, राम को, महाबली लक्ष्मण को और सीता को भी त्याग दिया (घर से निकाल दिया/नष्ट कर दिया), वह और किसको नहीं त्यागेगी (अर्थात वह किसी को भी नष्ट कर सकती है)?
English Commentary
The queens present a chilling logic regarding Kaikeyi’s ruthlessness. They argue that if Kaikeyi could sacrifice her own husband (the King) and banish the virtuous Rama, the mighty Lakshmana, and the innocent Sita, then no one is safe from her. "Kam anyam na hasyati" (Who else will she not abandon/destroy?) suggests that Kaikeyi has crossed all bounds of familial duty and morality. If the core of the family meant nothing to her ambition, the remaining queens feel they are insignificant and vulnerable targets for her potential cruelty.
