तथा अमात्यान् अभिप्रेतान् विश्वास्यामः च गुण अन्वितान् ।
ददाव् अश्व पतिः शीघ्रम् भरताय अनुयायिनः ॥ ॥२-७०-२१॥
Tathā amātyān abhipretān viśvāsyāmaḥ ca guṇa anvitān |
Dadāv Aśvapatiḥ śīghram Bharatāya anuyāyinaḥ ॥2-70-21॥
Translation
King Ashvapati also quickly gave Bharata intended, trustworthy, and virtuous ministers to follow him (as an escort).
हिंदी अनुवाद
तथा राजा अश्वपति ने भरत के साथ जाने के लिए शीघ्र ही ऐसे विश्वसनीय और गुणवान अमात्य (मंत्री/सहायक) दिए जो भरत को प्रिय थे।
English Commentary
Beyond material wealth, the King provides human resources to ensure Bharata's safe journey. The King selects ministers who are 'visvasyam' (trustworthy) and 'guna anvitan' (virtuous), indicating deep care for his grandson's well-being. The word 'shighram' (quickly) appears again, aligning with the hurried nature of the departure initiated by the messengers from Ayodhya. This ensures Bharata travels with a capable and loyal retinue.

यात्रा की सुरक्षा और भरत की सेवा के लिए राजा अश्वपति ने केवल धन नहीं, बल्कि मानव संसाधन भी प्रदान किए। 'विश्वास्यामः' (विश्वसनीय) और 'गुण अन्वितान' (गुणवान) विशेषण बताते हैं कि उन्होंने भरत के साथ अपने सर्वोत्तम लोगों को भेजा। 'शीघ्रम्' शब्द फिर से उस तत्परता को दर्शाता है जिसके साथ विदाई की तैयारी की गई थी, क्योंकि दूतों की हड़बड़ी सबको ज्ञात थी।
