युज्यताम् महती सेना चतुर् अन्ग महा बला ।
आनयिष्याम्य् अहम् ज्येष्ठम् भ्रातरम् राघवम् वनात् ॥२-७९-९॥
yujyatām mahatī senā catur anga mahā balā । ānayiṣyāmy aham jyeṣṭham bhrātaram rāghavam vanāt ॥ ॥2-79-9॥
Translation
Let a great army, powerful and complete with its four limbs (elephants, chariots, cavalry, and infantry), be prepared. I shall bring back my eldest brother, the scion of Raghu, from the forest.

अतः चतुरंगिणी (हाथी, घोड़ा, रथ और पैदल) सेना से युक्त विशाल वाहिनी तैयार की जाए। मैं अपने ज्येष्ठ भ्राता रघुनंदन राम को वन से वापस ले आऊँगा।
English Commentary
Bharata issues an executive order to mobilize the Chaturanga army (the four-limbed army consisting of elephants, chariots, cavalry, and infantry). While such a mobilization usually signals war, here it signals a royal escort of the highest magnitude. Bharata wishes to overwhelm Rama not with force, but with the collective presence of Ayodhya's power submitting to him. The phrase ānayiṣyāmy aham (I shall bring back) reveals his proactive mindset. He is no longer passive in his grief; he has formulated a plan of action. He intends to reverse the exile physically by marching the capital into the forest to retrieve its King.

भरत यहाँ एक राजा की भांति नहीं, बल्कि एक सेनापति या सेवक की भांति आदेश दे रहे हैं जिसका एकमात्र लक्ष्य अपने स्वामी को वापस लाना है। 'चतुरंगिणी सेना' का उपयोग आमतौर पर युद्ध के लिए होता है, लेकिन यहाँ भरत इसका उपयोग 'शक्ति प्रदर्शन' के लिए नहीं, बल्कि 'राजसी सम्मान' (Royal Procession) के लिए करना चाहते हैं। वे चाहते हैं कि राम को वापस लाते समय पूरा राजकीय वैभव उनके साथ हो। 'आनयिष्यामि' (मैं ले आऊँगा) में उनका आत्मविश्वास और दृढ़ निश्चय झलकता है। वे वन में जाकर केवल विनती नहीं करेंगे, बल्कि उन्हें ससम्मान वापस लाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।
