शक्रं याश्चोपतिष्ठन्ति ब्रह्माणं याश्च योषित: ।
सर्वास्तुम्बुरुणा सार्द्धमाह्वये सपरिच्छदा: ॥ ॥२-९१-१८॥
Śakraṃ yāścopatiṣṭhanti brahmāṇaṃ yāśca yoṣitaḥ । Sarvāstumburuṇā sārddhamāhvaye saparicchadāḥ ॥ ॥2-91-18॥
Translation
"Those damsels who attend upon Shakra (Indra) and those who attend upon Brahma, I invoke them all, along with Tumburu and their entire entourage/accoutrements."

"जो स्त्रियाँ (अप्सराएं) इन्द्र की सेवा में रहती हैं और जो ब्रह्माजी की सेवा में रहती हैं, उन सबको मैं तुम्बुरु (गन्धर्वराज) और उनके साजो-सामान (आभूषण/वाद्ययंत्र) के साथ बुलाता हूँ।"
English Commentary
The invocation reaches the highest echelons of the cosmos. The sage summons not only the attendants of Indra (the King of Gods) but also those of Brahma (the Creator), implying a gathering of both sensual beauty and spiritual grace. Tumburu is the legendary celestial musician often depicted with a Veena. The term saparicchadāḥ is crucial—it means "with their paraphernalia" or equipment, ensuring that the musicians arrive with their instruments and the dancers with their costumes. This attention to logistical detail emphasizes that the sage is orchestrating a fully producing event, not just a visitation.
