Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
स नृपेण अभ्यनुज्ञातः प्रययौ सह भार्यया ।
ताव अन्योन्य अंजलिम् कृत्वा स्नेहात् संश्लिष्य च उरसा ॥१-११-२२॥
sa nṛpeṇa abhyanujñātaḥ prayayau saha bhāryayā |
tāva anyonya añjalim kṛtvā snehāt saṃśliṣya ca urasā ॥1-11-22॥
Translation
He (Rishyasringa), having been given leave by the King (Dasharatha, or Romapada), departed along with his wife. Those two (Kings, Dasharatha and Romapada, who are still together) having saluted each other with a palm-fold and having embraced chest-to-chest out of affection/friendship, (were gladdened).

वह (ऋष्यश्रृंग), राजा (दशरथ, या रोमपद) द्वारा अनुमति दिए जाने के बाद, अपनी पत्नी के साथ प्रस्थान कर गया। वे दोनों (राजा, दशरथ और रोमपद, जो अभी भी साथ हैं) एक-दूसरे को अंजलि देकर और स्नेह से एक-दूसरे को गले लगाते हुए, प्रसन्न हुए।
