शक्यः कर्तुम् अयम् यज्ञः सर्वेण अपि महीक्षिता ।
न अपराथो भवेत् कष्टो यद्य अस्मिन् क्रतु सत्तमे ॥१-१२-१७॥
śakyaḥ kartum ayam yajñaḥ sarveṇa api mahīkṣitā. na aparātho bhavet kaṣṭo yady asmin kratu sattame. ॥1-12-17॥
Translation
This sacrifice can be performed by all the kings. If there is any error in this significant sacrifice, it will lead to great trouble.

यह यज्ञ सब महाराजों द्वारा किया जाना संभव है। यदि इस महत्वपूर्ण यज्ञ में कोई गलती हो जाती है तो वह बड़ा संकट होगा।
