तथा पौर जनस्य अपि कर्तव्याः च सुविस्तराः ।
आगतानाम् सुदूरात् च पार्थिवानाम् पृथक् पृथक् ॥१-१३-११॥
tathā paura janasya api kartavyāḥ ca suvistarāḥ |
āgatānām sudūrāt ca pārthivānām pṛthak pṛthak ॥1-13-11॥
Translation
"Likewise, spacious accommodations must be built for the citizens. Furthermore, separate lodgings must be arranged for the kings arriving from distant lands."
हिंदी अनुवाद
"नगरवासियों के लिए भी विशाल आवास बनाए जाएँ। साथ ही, दूर-दूर से आने वाले राजाओं के लिए अलग-अलग (विशिष्ट) आवासों का निर्माण किया जाए।"
English Commentary
This verse highlights the observance of royal protocol and social hierarchy. The instruction for prithak prithak (separate/individual) quarters for visiting kings acknowledges the need for privacy and diplomatic status. Simultaneously, the citizens (paura janasya) are not neglected; their accommodations are ordered to be suvistarah (spacious). This illustrates the inclusive nature of Dasharatha’s administration, ensuring that while dignitaries receive appropriate honors, the common subjects are also treated with dignity and care during the festival.

यहाँ सामाजिक पदानुक्रम और शिष्टाचार (Protocol) का पालन स्पष्ट दिखाई देता है। राजाओं के लिए 'पृथक् पृथक्' (अलग-अलग) आवास बनाने का निर्देश है, क्योंकि प्रत्येक राजा की अपनी मर्यादा और गोपनीयता होती है। साथ ही, 'पौर जनस्य' (आम नागरिकों) की उपेक्षा नहीं की गई है; उनके लिए भी 'सुविस्तराः' (विशाल) प्रबंध किए जा रहे हैं। यह राजा दशरथ के शासन की समावेशी प्रकृति को दर्शाता है जहाँ विशिष्ट अतिथियों के साथ-साथ प्रजा के सुख का भी ध्यान रखा जाता है।
