ततो वै यजमानस्य पावकात् अतुल प्रभम् ।
प्रादुर्भूतम् महद्भूतम् महावीर्यम् महाबलम् ॥ ॥१-१६-११॥
Tato vai yajamānasya pāvakāt atula prabham । Prādurbhūtam mahadbhūtam mahāvīryam mahābalam ॥ ॥1-16-11॥
Translation
Then, from the fire of the sacrificer (Dasharatha), a Great Being (Mahad-bhutam) of incomparable luster, possessing great virility and immense strength, emerged.

तदनंतर यजमान (दशरथ) की यज्ञ-अग्नि (पावक) से अतुलनीय प्रभा वाला, महान वीर्य और महान बल से संपन्न एक विशाल प्राणी (महद्भूत/प्राजापत्य पुरुष) प्रकट हुआ।
English Commentary
The climax of the ritual occurs here. From the sacred fire (Pāvakāt), a Mahad-bhutam (Great Being) emerges physically. This manifestation validates the sacrifice. The descriptions Mahāvīryam (great potency) and Atula prabham (incomparable luster) signify that this entity is not of this world but a divine messenger bearing the fruit of the sacrifice.

यज्ञ की सफलता का प्रमाण प्रत्यक्ष रूप से सामने आया। अग्नि से 'महद्भूत' (विशाल दिव्य पुरुष) का निकलना एक चमत्कारिक घटना है। यह सामान्य धुआं या लपटें नहीं थीं, बल्कि एक साकार दैवीय सत्ता थी। 'अतुल प्रभम्' (जिसकी चमक की तुलना न हो सके) बताता है कि यह कोई साधारण मानव नहीं, बल्कि देवताओं द्वारा भेजा गया दूत (यज्ञ पुरुष) है।
