एषो अस्त्रान् विविधान् वेत्ति त्रैलोक्ये स चराचरे ।
न एनम् अन्यः पुमान् वेत्ति न च वेत्स्यन्ति केचन ॥ ॥१-२१-११॥
Eṣo astrān vividhān vetti trailokye sa carācare |
Na enam anyaḥ pumān vetti na ca vetsyanti kecana ॥1-21-11॥
Translation
"He knows various celestial weapons (Astras) existing in the three worlds, including all moving and unmoving beings. No other person knows them like him, nor will anyone know them in the future."
हिंदी अनुवाद
"चर और अचर (सजीव और निर्जीव) सहित तीनों लोकों में जितने भी प्रकार के दिव्यास्त्र हैं, उन सबको यह जानते हैं। इनके समान उन अस्त्रों को न कोई दूसरा पुरुष जानता है और न भविष्य में कोई जानेगा।"
English Commentary
Vasistha emphasizes Vishwamitra's exclusivity. His knowledge of celestial weaponry is unmatched across the three worlds and implies a mastery that transcends time—no one in the past knew, and no one in the future will know as he does. This is a subtle hint to Dasharatha: sending Rama is not a sacrifice but a golden opportunity for the prince to inherit this unrivaled arsenal from the ultimate master.

यहाँ विश्वामित्र की विशिष्टता (Exclusivity) बताई गई है। अस्त्र-विद्या में उनका ज्ञान भूत, भविष्य और वर्तमान—तीनों कालों में अद्वितीय है। वसिष्ठ राजा को संकेत दे रहे हैं कि राम को भेजने का अर्थ केवल यज्ञ की रक्षा नहीं, बल्कि राम के लिए इन दुर्लभ दिव्यास्त्रों को प्राप्त करने का सुनहरा अवसर भी है। जो ज्ञान विश्वामित्र के पास है, वह देवताओं के पास भी नहीं है।
