ततः प्रभाते विमले कृत आह्निकम् अरिन्दमौ ।
विश्वामित्रम् पुरस्कृत्य नद्याः तीरम् उपागतौ ॥ ॥१-२४-१॥
tataḥ prabhāte vimale kṛta āhnikam arindamau |
viśvāmitram puraskṛtya nadyāḥ tīram upāgatau ॥1-24-1॥
Translation
Then, at the clear break of dawn, having performed their daily morning rituals, the two subduers of enemies (Rama and Lakshmana), keeping Vishwamitra in front, arrived at the river bank.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तदनन्तर विमल प्रभात होने पर, नित्यकर्म (स्नान-संध्या आदि) से निवृत्त होकर, उन दोनों अरिन्दम (शत्रुओं का दमन करने वाले वीरों) ने विश्वामित्र को आगे किया और नदी (गंगा) के तट पर आए।
English Commentary
