यक्षिण्या घोरया राम उत्सादितम् असह्यया ।
एतत् ते सर्वम् आख्यातम् यथा एतत् दारुणम् वनम् ।
यक्ष्या च उत्सादितम् सर्वम् अद्य अपि न निवर्तते ॥ ॥१-२४-३२॥
Yakṣiṇyā ghorayā rāma utsāditam asahyayā । Etat te sarvam ākhyātam yathā etat dāruṇam vanam । Yakṣyā ca utsāditam sarvam adya api na nivartate ॥ ॥1-24-32॥
Translation
O Rama, that terrible and unbearable Yakshini has laid waste to this region. I have told you everything regarding why this forest is so dreadful. She has destroyed everything and ceases not even today.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे राम! उस भयानक और असह्य यक्षिणी ने इस देश को उजाड़ दिया है। मैंने तुम्हें सब कुछ बता दिया है कि यह वन इतना भयानक क्यों है। उस यक्षी ने सब कुछ नष्ट कर दिया है और आज भी वह (विनाश से) नहीं रुक रही है।
English Commentary
Vishvamitra concludes his briefing regarding the threat assessment. He reiterates that the Yakshini is Asahya (intolerable/unbearable). The phrase Adya api na nivartate (she does not cease even today) highlights the urgency; this is an ongoing crisis, not just past history. Having laid out the facts of the devastation, the Sage pauses, expecting Rama to accept the challenge. This ends the description of the forest's plight.

विश्वामित्र अपनी बात का उपसंहार (conclude) कर रहे हैं। वे दोहराते हैं कि वह यक्षिणी 'असह्य' (जिसे सहा न जा सके) है। 'अद्य अपि न निवर्तते' (आज भी नहीं रुक रही) का अर्थ है कि खतरा टला नहीं है, वह वर्तमान में भी सक्रिय है (Active threat)। यह राम को तत्काल कार्यवाही (Immediate action) के लिए प्रेरित करने का अंतिम तर्क है। इसके साथ ही ऋषि का वक्तव्य यहाँ विराम लेता है और अब राम की प्रतिक्रिया की बारी है।
