एतान् राम महाबाहो काम रूपान् महाबलान् ।
गृहाण परमोदारान् क्षिप्रम् एव नृपात्मज ॥१-२७-२१॥
etān rāma mahābāho kāma rūpān mahābalān |
gṛhāṇa paramodārān kṣipram eva nṛpātmaja ॥1-27-21॥
Translation
O Mighty-armed Rama! O Prince! Quickly accept these highly powerful, supremely noble missiles which are capable of assuming any form at will.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे महाबाहु राम! हे नृपात्मज! तुम इच्छानुसार रूप धारण करने वाले (कामरूप), महाबली और परम उदार इन अस्त्रों को शीघ्र ग्रहण करो।
English Commentary
This verse reveals the true nature of the weapons Vishwamitra has listed. They are described as Kama-rupan (changing form at will) and Mahabalan (possessing great strength). This implies these are not merely physical objects but sentient, metaphysical entities or energies that can adapt to the wielder's will and the battlefield's necessities. Describing them as Paramodaran (supremely generous/noble) suggests they are benevolent to their master and representative of high cosmic principles, not just tools of slaughter. The instruction to accept them 'quickly' (kshipram eva) indicates the auspiciousness of the moment (Muhurta) and the Sage's eagerness to see his student empowered. It marks the transition from verbal listing to the actual spiritual transmission.

विश्वामित्र अब अस्त्र-दान की प्रक्रिया को अंतिम रूप दे रहे हैं। यहाँ अस्त्रों की सबसे बड़ी विशेषता बताई गई है—वे 'कामरूपान' हैं, अर्थात वे इच्छा के अनुसार कोई भी रूप धारण कर सकते हैं। ये केवल भौतिक हथियार नहीं, बल्कि चैतन्य शक्तियां (sentient energies) हैं। उन्हें 'परमोदारान्' (परम उदार) कहा गया है, जिसका अर्थ है कि वे अपने स्वामी का कल्याण करने वाले और महान शक्ति संपन्न हैं। ऋषि 'क्षिप्रम् एव' (शीघ्र ही) कहकर राम को तत्परता दिखाने का निर्देश देते हैं, क्योंकि शुभ कार्यों में देरी नहीं करनी चाहिए। 'महाबाहु' संबोधन यह दोहराता है कि राम ही इन भारी शक्तियों को संभालने के लिए एकमात्र सक्षम पात्र हैं।
