एवम् उक्त्वा कुशो राम कुशनाभम् महीपतिम् ।
जगाम आकाशम् आविश्य ब्रह्म लोकम् सनातनम् ॥१-३४-४॥
evam uktvā kuśo rāma kuśanābham mahīpatim |
jagāma ākāśam āviśya brahma lokam sanātanam ॥1-34-4॥
Translation
O Rama! Having spoken thus to King Kushanabha, Kusha entered the sky and returned to the eternal Abode of Brahma.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हे राम! राजा कुशनाभ से ऐसा कहकर, कुश आकाश मार्ग में प्रविष्ट होकर सनातन ब्रह्मलोक को चले गए।
English Commentary
The departure of the celestial ancestor is as mystical as his arrival. Having delivered the boon, Kusha ascends back to Brahma Lokam via the sky (ākāśam āviśya). The use of sanātanam (eternal) reinforces the transcendental nature of the realm from which he came. This verse acts as a scene break in the narrative. It confirms that the transaction between the divine/ancestral realm and the earthly realm is complete, leaving Kushanabha with the assurance of the prophecy's fulfillment.

कार्य पूर्ण होने पर दिव्य आत्माओं का प्रस्थान त्वरित होता है। कुश, जो ब्रह्मलोक से आए थे, अपना संदेश और वरदान देकर वापस लौट गए। 'आकाशम् आविश्य' (आकाश में प्रवेश करके) उनकी दिव्य गति को दर्शाता है। 'सनातनम्' शब्द ब्रह्मलोक की नित्यता और अविनाशी प्रकृति का द्योतक है। यहाँ विश्वामित्र पुनः 'राम' को संबोधित करते हैं ताकि श्रोता का ध्यान कथा पर बना रहे। यह श्लोक कुशनाभ के यज्ञ और वरदान प्राप्ति के प्रसंग का समापन करता है।
