बहूनि इह सहस्राणि नाना देश निवासिनाम् ।
ब्राह्मणानाम् महाभाग वेद अध्ययन शालिनाम् ॥ ॥१-५०-३॥
Bahūni iha sahasrāṇi nānā deśa nivāsinām । Brāhmaṇānām mahābhāga veda adhyayana śālinām ॥ ॥1-50-3॥
Translation
"O Illustrious One! Here, thousands of Brahmanas, residing in various lands and proficient in the study of Vedas, are seen."

"हे महाभाग! यहाँ नाना देशों से आए हुए और वेदाध्ययन में निपुण हजारों ब्राह्मण दिखाई दे रहे हैं।"
English Commentary
Rama continues his description of the scene. He notes the diversity and the intellectual density of the gathering. Thousands of scholars from different kingdoms (Nana desha) have assembled. Rama specifically highlights their qualification—they are experts in Vedic studies. This context is important: Rama is entering a hub of high learning and spiritual power, creating a fitting backdrop for the test of strength (Shiva Dhanush) which is also a spiritual test.
