Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
अप्रमेय बलम् तुभ्यम् न त्वया बलवत्तरः ।
विश्वामित्रो महावीर्यः तेजः तव दुरासदम् ॥१-५४-१५॥
aprameya balam tubhyam na tvayā balavattaraḥ |
viśvāmitro mahāvīryaḥ tejaḥ tava durāsadam ॥1-54-15॥
Translation
Your strength is immeasurable; he is not stronger than you. Vishvamitra is of great valor, [but] your radiance is unassailable.
हिंदी अनुवाद
आपका बल अपार (जिसका मापन न हो सके) है; उस (विश्वामित्र) के द्वारा आपसे अधिक बलवान होना संभव नहीं है। यद्यपि विश्वामित्र महावीर्यवान है, तथापि आपका तेज अजेय (दुरासद) है।
English Commentary
Shabala continues her exhortation, describing Vashistha's power as aprameya (immeasurable/incalculable). While an army can be counted, spiritual merit cannot. She concedes that Vishvamitra is mahāvīryaḥ (very potent/heroic), acknowledging his status as a great King, but she immediately juxtaposes this with Vashistha's tejas (spiritual radiance), calling it durāsadam (difficult to approach/unassailable). This distinction implies that while Vishvamitra can conquer lands and enemies, he cannot conquer the fire of Vashistha's penance. She is effectively telling the Sage that the King's defeat is inevitable if the Sage chooses to exercise his power.

शबला अपने तर्क को और पुष्ट करती है। वह कहती है कि वसिष्ठ का बल 'अप्रमेय' है—अर्थात वह तर्क और गणित से परे है, अनंत है। विश्वामित्र को वह 'महावीर्यः' (बहादुर/शक्तिशाली) मानती है, लेकिन वसिष्ठ के सामने वह शक्ति तुच्छ है। 'तेजः तव दुरासदम्' का अर्थ है कि वसिष्ठ के तपोबल को पराजित करना या उसके पास फटकना भी असंभव है। शबला यहाँ ऋषि के आत्मविश्वास को जगा रही है। यह एक भक्त द्वारा भगवान या गुरु की स्तुति के समान है, जहाँ भक्त अपने रक्षक को बताता है कि संसार की कोई भी शक्ति उनके सामने टिक नहीं सकती।
