तत् एतत् धनुषाम् श्रेष्ठम् आनीतम् मुनिपुंगव ।
दर्शय एतत् महाभाग अनयोः राज पुत्रयोः ॥ ॥१-६७-११॥
Tat etat dhanuṣām śreṣṭham ānītam munipuṃgava |
Darśaya etat mahābhāga anayoḥ rāja putrayoḥ ॥1-67-11॥
Translation
"That very bow, the best of bows, has been brought here, O preeminent sage. O illustrious one, please show this to these two princes."

"हे मुनिपुंगव! वही यह धनुषों में श्रेष्ठ धनुष यहाँ लाया गया है। हे महाभाग! आप इन दोनों राजपुत्रों को इसे दिखाइये।"
English Commentary
Janaka concludes his presentation. The Dhanusham shreshtham (best of bows) is physically present. He invites Vishvamitra (Munipungava) to take over. By asking the sage to "show" (darshaya) the bow to the princes, Janaka formally hands over the stage. The commentary of the bow's impossibility is finished; now the action must begin. The focus shifts entirely to Rama, standing before the iron chest that defeated the world's mightiest warriors.

जनक अपनी बात समाप्त करते हैं। धनुष सामने है। चुनौती स्पष्ट है। वे पुनः विश्वामित्र से अनुरोध करते हैं कि वे राजकुमारों को 'दर्शन' कराएं। जनक अभी भी राम को 'राजपुत्र' कह रहे हैं, और निर्णय विश्वामित्र पर छोड़ रहे हैं। यह 'दर्शन' शब्द महत्वपूर्ण है—जनक अभी भी यह नहीं कह रहे "उठाओ", बल्कि "देखो"। शायद उनके मन में अब भी संशय है कि कहीं यह सुकुमार बालक भी उन 5000 लोगों द्वारा लाए गए लोहे के भार के नीचे दब न जाए।
