ताम् आदाय तु मंजूषाम् आयसीम् यत्र तत् धनुः ।
सुरोपमम् ते जनकम् ऊचुः नृपति मन्त्रिणः ॥ ॥१-६७-५॥
Tām ādāya tu mañjūṣām āyasīm yatra tat dhanuḥ |
Suropamam te janakam ūcuḥ nṛpati mantriṇaḥ ॥1-67-5॥
Translation
Having brought that iron chest wherein the bow lay, the royal ministers spoke to Janaka, who was god-like in appearance.

जिस लोहे की पेटी (मंजूषा) में वह धनुष रखा था, उसे लाकर उन राजमंत्रियों ने देवता के समान प्रभावशाली राजा जनक से कहा।
English Commentary
The containment unit for the bow is described as ayasim manjusham (iron chest/box). Iron signifies strength and impenetrability. The ministers present this massive object to King Janaka, who is described as suropamam (resembling a god). The arrival of the iron chest marks the physical entry of the "test" into the arena. The narrative focuses on the heavy, metallic nature of the container, concealing the divine weapon within, adding to the mystery and awe.

वह पेटी 'आयसीम्' (लोहे की बनी) थी, जो धनुष की सुरक्षा और वजन दोनों को दर्शाती है। मंत्रियों ने उसे सभा में राजा के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया। जनक को यहाँ 'सुरोपमम्' (देवता के समान) कहा गया है, जो उनके तेज और सभा में उनकी उपस्थिति की गरिमा को बताता है। मंत्री अपना कार्य पूरा कर राजा की अगली आज्ञा की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं। लोहे की भारी पेटी का आना ही अपने आप में एक घटना थी जिससे पूरी सभा में सन्नाटा छा गया होगा।
